Our full grooming service is designed to keep your dog clean, comfortable, and looking their best. Includes bath, haircut, blow dry, nail trim, and ear cleaning with personalized attention to your dog’s coat and needs. ✨ Ideal for Cocker Spaniels, Beagles, and Border Collies. For dogs 21–50 lbs. If your dog is between sizes, please book the larger size. Final pricing may vary based on coat condition, matting, behavior, and exact size. If your dog is severely matted or requires extra time, additional fees may apply. Please ensure you select the correct size when booking. Incorrect bookings may be adjusted.
Cancellation Policy
To provide the highest quality, stress-free grooming experience for every dog, we operate on a limited daily schedule. Please review our policies before booking: **Appointments & Availability** We accept a maximum of **5 appointments per day** to ensure each dog receives our full attention and care. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked up to **7 days in advance**. **Booking Notice** Appointments must be scheduled at least **24 hours in advance**. This allows us to properly prepare for your dog’s visit. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** We kindly ask for at least **24 hours’ notice** for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or limited future booking availability. **Late Arrivals** Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than **10–15 minutes late** may require rescheduling to avoid delays for other clients. **No-Shows** Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be required to prepay for future bookings. **Service Timing** Grooming times vary based on breed, size, coat condition, and behavior. While we provide estimated timeframes, exact completion times are not guaranteed. **Pet Health & Behavior** For the safety of all pets and staff, please inform us of any health issues, sensitivities, or behavioral concerns prior to your appointment. **Payment** Payment is due at the time of service.
